Why we built this.
Vitals Compass started with a problem Jyoti Singh lived for fifteen years.
Jyoti is a Registered Dietitian with more than fifteen years across hospitals and online health firms. Over those years she watched a pattern repeat. Deeply knowledgeable practitioners, dietitians like her and many beyond, unable to build a meaningful independent practice. Not for lack of skill. Because of everything around the skill.
To practice independently today you have to build and maintain a website or an app. You have to fight for space in search results and ad auctions. You have to compete with YouTube personalities and social-media influencers for attention. And you have to run your entire patient work, plans, tracking, follow-ups, results, through Excel sheets and WhatsApp chats.
The energy that should go into helping people goes into logistics and marketing. The loudest voices win. The most knowledgeable often stay invisible.
“I watched brilliant practitioners spend more energy fighting website builders and social algorithms than actually practicing. The knowledge was there. The access wasn’t.”
The first answer.
So she built DietSeFit. A ready platform where dietitians and nutritionists could simply practice. Their plans, their patients, their results, without building any of the technology themselves.
It worked. And it taught her something bigger.
The realization.
The problem was never only dietitians’. Yoga teachers, sports and strength coaches, physiotherapists, sleep specialists, mental-wellness counsellors. Every knowledgeable non-medical practitioner faces the same wall.
Their expertise is needed. But reaching the people who need it demands becoming a tech operator and a content influencer. Most never wanted either.
