The voice-cap you mentioned — is that real?
Yes. The first 500 practitioners can render up to 3 of their answers as voice notes in English and Hindi, in their own voice. This is a real cost cap on our side, not fake urgency. Beyond that we open expanded voice as an optional paid add-on later.
What if I never pay?
You still have a complete practice home. Profile, services, leads, forms, calendar, notes, messaging, plans, and the client portal all stay free.
Can I take my work with me?
Yes. Your clients, forms, session notes, and plans export any time. Vitals is not a lock-in.
Will paying ever change how visible I am?
No. Paid plans buy tools and convenience. They never buy visibility, ranking, or access to members.
